Credit Card Billing Policy
Your credit
card will not be charged
until your order is ready
to ship. Your credit card
information is encrypted
during transmission to our secure
server .
Inventory
All plants displayed in the catalog
are currently in stock. Inventory
levels are only shown for those
plants with a low stock
level. The shopping cart will
not allow you to order more of
a plant than I have in stock
since I don't do backorders.
I will try and keep the computer updated.
I go to great efforts in trying
to keep the correct labels
on the correct plants, but
should I make an error, please
let me know.
Shipping Policy
We only ship to addresses in
the United States. All shipments
take place on the first
Monday or Tuesday following your
order. You will be notified
if plants are out of stock,
or if there will be an unusual
delay in shipment. You will
receive notification when
your order is shipped.
I start
shipping the first of October
thru mid-March. The plants are
grown in gallon pots, we remove
the plants from the pots, remove
the excess soil and slide the root
ball into a plastic bag and tie.
Older large plants may be cut back
to fit into the boxes. (These
are normally shipped first.)
They are then packed in packing
peanuts. This prevents breakage
during shipping; I used to pack
glass like this. There is a packing
fee of $8.00 that helps cover packing
materials and labor. I assure you
it is a lot less work involved
when the customer can come by and
pick up their plants, which a few
are able to. I ship UPS Ground
unless other instructions are given.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time directly
from the UPS website. In the event of
a problem with the UPS rates,
the system will implement value-based
shipping. Value-based rates are
based on shipments to the southeast.
Additional shipping charges may
apply to shipments outside this
region.
Warranty/Returns
If for some reason you do not
like the plant, you can return
it within 10 days for a refund
of the price of the plant.
Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. I send
out healthy plants only, but
I can not guarantee your plant
to live due to conditions beyond
my control. I do not substitute
plants and the web site will
not let you order a plant that
is out of stock.
To return a plant, simply ship it back to me with a note stating
the reason for the return and
I'll credit your account or
issue a refund check (depending
on how payment was made). Please
be sure to include your telephone
number in case I have any questions
or problems.

You can also manage multiple
shipping addresses from within
your account area.
